Augusta, GA – Funeral Services for Kevin Blake Wall, 30, who went home to be with the Lord, April 20, 2022, will be conducted Monday morning at 11 o’clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel, Rev. Chris Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 until 6. Our beloved son, Kevin Blake Wall was a native of Augusta, Georgia. He was born on July 12, 1991, to parents Michael Wall and Julie Nichols Buird. He was a very rambunctious and creative young man who brought so much joy and love to his family. Kevin was always genuine with expressing his feelings, truly unique and believed in being authentic. His hobbies included bike riding, disc golf, hiking, cooking, playing chess, reading and writing and spending time with his family including his son Milo and his dog Cash. His wittiness always brought laughter to his friends and family. His love, funny personality and caring nature will always be cherished memories in our hearts but greatly missed. Kevin was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Louis Wall, maternal great grandparents James and Betty Allen, Melvin Nichols, Sr. and Margaret Nichols. Survivors include his parents Michael Wall and Julie Nichols Buird; son Milo Wall; sisters Olivia Taylor Buird, Madeline Myle Wall, Chloe Elizabeth Wall; brother Drew Michael Wall; paternal grandmother Myle Wall, maternal grandmother Becky J. Rogers “Grandma Bek-Bek” and grandparents Melvin & Karleen Nichols “Papa Nichols and Mema"; stepfather James F. Buird and stepmother Annah Porter; paternal uncle and aunts Mitch & Beth Wall, Gary & Bonnie Wall; maternal uncle and aunt Mark & Michelle Keilholtz; cousins Madalyn & Margaret Keilholtz, Joey, Wesley, Gary and Clayton Wall. Pallbearers will be Michael Wall, Jules Gouron, Dylan Smith, Mitch Wall, and Jerry Hargrove. The family requests donations be made to Focus On Recovery, 3711 Executive Center Drive, Suite 102, Martinez, Georgia 30907, an organization that Kevin and our family have the upmost respect and gratitude for everything they do to help individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues.
