North Augusta, SC – Graveside Services for Mrs. Marian Whitlock Mullins, 100, who entered into rest January 25, 2021 will be conducted Friday at 2 o’clock in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Camden, SC. Dr. T. Joseph Lusk officiating. Those in attendance are asked to wear masks and observe appropriate social distancing measures. Mrs. Mullins was a native of Richmond, VA, a resident of Camden, SC, for 66 years, having made North Augusta her recent home. She was a long- time, active member of First Baptist Church of Camden and a former member of the Springdale Hall, the Junior League of Camden, and the Camden Garden Club. Mrs. Mullins was an avid bridge player and a former member of several Bridge Clubs. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, the late John Preston Mullins, Jr., and her brother, John Stansfield Whitlock. Survivors include her son, John Preston Mullins, III and his wife Barbara Bell Mullins, North Augusta; grandchildren, Brittany Elizabeth (Jamie) Walden, North Augusta, and Clark Paul (Christina) Mullins, Leesville, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Child Development Center, Grace United Methodist Church, 639 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, SC 29841.
