North Augusta, SC—Mrs. Mary Louise Lykins, 97, entered into rest Sunday, February 14, 2021. A private memorial graveside service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Lykins resided in North Augusta for the past 16 years, having come from Ceredo, WV. A devout Christian, she was a faith-filled woman who enjoyed gardening and spending time with family. She was dearly loved by her neighbors, friends, and family. Mrs. Lykins was preceded in death by her parents, George Harwood and Mabel Ellen Barker Seagreaves; her husband of 42 years, Paul Lincoln Lykins, Sr., a Utah Beach D-Day Veteran; brother, Delos Seagraves; and sister, Emma Marie Christian. Survivors include sons Paul (Dana) Lykins and David (Karrie) Lykins, all of North Augusta; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, George F. Seagreaves. The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Lykins’ devoted caregiver, Debbie Walls, for the loving care that she provided.
