Norma Holloway Niemer

August 22, 1924 - June 7, 2021

Daniel Island, SC – Funeral Services for Mrs. Norma Niemer, 96, who entered into rest June 7, 2021 will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from Grace United Methodist Church, Rev. Tommy Wilkes and Dr. T. Joseph Lusk officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park. Mrs. Niemer was a native of McCormick, SC, having made North Augusta her home for over 60 years. She was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church. Mrs. Niemer worked as a stenographer at Oliver General Hospital and Atomic Energy Commission. She loved to cook and bake; enjoyed music and attending the Masters. Mrs. Niemer was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Agnes Holloway; husband, Arthur William Niemer, Jr.; sister, Margaret Driskell. Survivors include son, Greg (Sally) Niemer, Daniel Island, SC; daughter, Paula (Steve) Dickson, Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Ross Niemer, Dugger Niemer, Caroline Dickson and Elizabeth Dickson; brother, Perry Holloway. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Steve Dickson, Jim Driskell, Ralph Hopkins, David Hopkins, Keyes Niemer, Ross Niemer and Dugger Niemer.
