Phillip L. Minard, Jr.

September 22, 1988 - January 25, 2021

WINDSOR, SC – Phillip L. Minard, Jr, 32, entered into rest January 25, 2021. Private memorial services will be held. Mr. Minard was a native of Blythe, GA, having made Windsor, SC, his home for the past 25 years. He faithfully served his country as a Marine for four years, completing two tours in Afghanistan during which he participated in Operation Enduring Freedom. After completing his military service, Mr. Minard worked in the construction industry, most recently as a pipefitter. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and four wheelers as well as playing video games on his Playstation. He truly loved spending time with his family, being a father and an uncle. Mr. Minard is predeceased by his brother, the late Michael Lee Minard. Survivors include his son, Phillip Minard, III; his parents, Phillip and Elizabeth Minard, Windsor, SC; his sister, Brittany (Bronson) Heise, Aiken, SC; his niece BrinLee Heise and nephew Barrett Heise.
