North Augusta, SC—Funeral Services for Mrs. Cynthia “Cindy” Clark Bolton, 73, who entered into rest January 23, 2021 will be private with Dr. Randy Cooper and Rev. Roy Kiser officiating. Roy Kiser and Mrs. Caroline Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. At the family’s request, please wear a mask and social distancing will be practiced. Mrs. Bolton was a lifelong resident of the CSRA area and was the daughter of the late Aubrey Nixon Clark and Katie Gaynelle Chavous Clark. A former member of Sweetwater Baptist Church, Mrs. Bolton was an active member of First Baptist Church of North Augusta, the Christ In Us Sunday School Class where she served faithfully coordinating their outreach ministry and encouraging the class to offer “Random Acts of Kindness” to the community. Mrs. Bolton retired from Meybohm Realty and was a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and South Carolina. She was an active member of the President’s Club, the Board of Realtors, and was chosen “Realtor of the Year” in 1993 by the North Augusta Board of Realtors. Mrs. Bolton loved the city of North Augusta and served on North Augusta’s Planning and Zoning Committee. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, J. Robert “Bob” Bolton. Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law, Missy and Robert Freitas, North Augusta, SC and Katrice and Jason Walker, Warrenville, SC; five grandchildren, Nick Freitas, Rob (Christi) Freitas, Katie (David) Thirkell, Camryn (Ryanne) Gillian and Ryan Gillian; nine great-grandchildren, Harleigh Freitas, April Freitas, Dawson Freitas, Cayden Freitas, Easton Freitas, Jameson Freitas, Remi Freitas, Ryleigh Jewel Gillian, and Elliot Thirkell; three sisters-in-law, Sue Bolton King, Lynda Bolton Sprowls both of North Augusta, SC, and Victoria Bolton of Aiken, SC; a number of nieces and nephews; two “adopted” daughters, Amy (Chris) Tran, Ashley (Martin) Rivero; four “adopted” grandchildren, Christian, Wesley, Joaquin and Charlie.
